This was the best customer service I have EVER had, Diane, Tanya and the rest of the team at “Be A Star Bridal” are all so amazing at what they do and such lovely ladies!!! I knew once I walked in the door that I could cancel all my other boutique appointments, the selection was astounding and the service was premium. Diane and Tanya were both there from the beginning right through the fittings to the final pick up and it meant so much to me. They are extremely knowledgeable and Diane’s years of experience showed when she suggested a style I hadn’t thought would suit me and in fact it ended up being my final dress I chose! Incredible job well done ladies, this experience was professional, fun and so personable that it felt like family at the end. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I bought my daughter the most stunning gown from Be a star today. After weeks of trolling through boutiques in Armadale, Hawthorn, Burwood and the city, we find this gorgeous little store near home with such s stunning range of bridal gowns.
The lady who helped us out on our 2 visits, Diane, was just fantastic. Everything we were looking for in a sales person ……informative, honest and NOT pushy at all. Thank you for an easy experience and we are looking forward to our Pronovias gown to arrive and we start the fittings.
