I bought my daughter the most stunning gown from Be a star today.
After weeks of trolling through boutiques in Armadale, Hawthorn, Burwood and the city, we find this gorgeous little store near home with such s stunning range of bridal gowns.
The lady who helped us out on our 2 visits, Diane, was just fantastic. Everything we were looking for in a sales person ……informative, honest and NOT pushy at all.
Thank you for an easy experience and we are looking forward to our Pronovias gown to arrive and we start the fittings.

I popped in here thinking Iâ??d have a quick browse after being a bit disappointed by another bridal store down the road. Iâ??d seen dozens of lovely gowns in High St Armadale but if youâ??re not a skinny minny or loaded or both then forget it. I had such a warm welcome from Tiffany, so many lovely dresses with a big price and style and size range. I found a great dress after a very long and extraordinarily patient (on behalf of the very kind staff – Diane and the gorgeous alterations lady) session of trying on styles Iâ??d never thought would suit me. I cried missing my (late) Mum at one point and these women hugged me and made everything better! Diane even went to get me a coffee- how nice!! The only criticism is itâ??s quite hard to get an appointment for fittings because theyâ??re so popular. Then again Iâ??ve done everything on a tight timeline as far as wedding dresses go. Great accessories too. I love that they were so honest with me when something didnâ??t look great, made me feel like being an older, bigger, second time round bride is just as special as the gorgeous young ones coming in. A place with real heart! Thank you.

Exceptional Customer service! My first ever bridal fitting and Diane made me feel completely comfortable with her. She was honest and not at all pushy, which I appreciated. The gowns are lovely and thereâ??s a great variety to choose from. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for that great bridal experience.
